Please notify us 1 (one) day in advance, by the latest at 9 PM.

Go to "My Meal Plan" or "My Orders" menu, then tap any schedule you need to cancel.

Once the details shown, scroll down and tap "Need Help?" Then choose "Cancel"

For payment using Bank Transfer / YumCredits:
We will refund your money to YumCredits balance that can be used for next order.

For payment using Credit Card:
We will refund your money to the credit card limit.

Refund to YumCredits will be processed within 2-3 business days, and to the credit card limit will be processed within 30 days
